Why we built PushWiki
Searching for simple things had become oddly exhausting. You type a question, click the top result and wade through hundreds of words before the answer shows up — if it shows up at all. PushWiki.com does the opposite. We put the answer first, explain it in plain language, and give you the detail if you want it.
The site sits somewhere between a blog and a simplified wiki. Articles are organised by section, linked to each other where it helps, and broken into short parts with clear headings so you can find what you need fast.
What we cover
Our library is broad on purpose, because most people’s questions don’t fit into one niche.
How we write and check our guides
- Research first. We use official, primary and expert sources, and link to them so you can check for yourself.
- Plain language. Jargon gets explained or cut. Every guide opens with a direct answer.
- Named authorship. Every article shows who wrote it, when it was published and when it was last updated.
- Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it and update the date. You can report an error through our contact page.
- Independence. Advertisers never see or shape an article before it’s published.
Who we are
PushWiki.com was founded by William Marchand, who serves as Founder & Editor. William researches and edits every guide on the site, supported by a small group of contributing writers. The platform is collaborative: many of our best articles started as a reader’s question, and experienced writers can join us through our Write for Us programme.
Free, always
There are no paywalls, subscriptions or sign-up walls on PushWiki.com. We keep the lights on with a small amount of clearly labelled advertising, and we never sell reader data. Our guides are general information, not personal professional advice — see our disclaimer for details.
